There is this ongoing cycle of me getting rid of clothes and trying to minimize my wardrobe, except this small closet of classics that I will never give up. I wish my parents would of saved some of their classics but they didn't. Working retail as a teen started my love of clothes, I have an insane amount of denim, all kinds, skinnies, bootcut (ew makes me look squatty), low rise, high waist, boy friend jeans, bell bottoms, jeggings, colored, pinstriped, and distressed bc of how many years I have had them. I would imagine this is one of those outfits that I will never reject. I have had these jeans (I made them shorts) for 16 years now and they just get better with age. I hope that ends up being the case for me. What items will you never get rid of in your closet?
