BLOG BLOG BLOG: 5 QUESTIONS

Hi my name is Brandi if you are a new follower or regular follower i just wanted to say hello and thank you for stopping by. I think it's about that time for a fun post where i ask you some questions and you give me feedback. I love searching for new blogs so if you know of one that you think we would love let us know!

1. have you ever met any blog friends in person? who was it?

were they just as you expected or exactly how they came across on their blog?

2. what do you look for in a blog?

ex: fun photo's, deep thoughts, DIY, outfits, recipes, home organization, getting personal

3. what are your pet peeves about blogs?

biscuit made a list one time and it was hillarious! we totally do some of the things on her list, but thats ok

4. what do you want to see more of on mucho mucho bueno bueno?

i know some of our guy friends want inspiration on guys fashion...coming soon

i also plan on having more hair posts.

OMG I HEART: MY PLACE OF BUSINESS

kelly and i decided to get a little more consistent on our little blog so every monday we will share something that we totally <3 LOVE. today i chose my salon (the sunchild) beacuse i love it so much and it's such a huge part of me. i feel very blessed to love what i do and love my clients. sometimes i really can't believe that i work for myself!

one of my favorite things to do is rearrange the room, jacob and i do this ALL the time!

this photo of the chair is by shannon cook. this photo series is amazing! she took a bunch of photo's of abandoned houses and  junk on the side of the road, even had a whole art show with polaroid pictures and ziplock bags full of FOUND items from the houses. AHHHH! 

now while my clients are processing (color on their hair), or my friends stop by before a hot date they can paint their nails and pop in their favorite record.

i got these chairs from a friend. i traded a haircut for them:) SCORE! and the surfboard in the background was given to me by a friend of a friend bc she was moving north. it's a little small for me but perfect for the sunchild.

kelly and i made this paper chain chandelier for THIS romantical OCCASION and i loved it so much i kept it up.

 OPI i am forever going to love you and your names!

i am not sure why some of these come with the plastic around the top and some don't.

but if you are looking for OPI colors and can't find it...let me know and i probably have it or can get it for you.

i just had my nails done yesterday with the youngest bueno sis and i picked WHO THE SHREK ARE YOU! for my nail color this week. this is the second color so far from the shrek collection. it's official i'm in love with this collection!

currently listening to finnegan and working on a video project:)

HAIR TUTORIAL: SUNCHILD BOHEMIAN BRAID UPDO

i told you there was a tutorial coming soon. i hope you love this as much as i do! works on clean hair, dirty hair, curly hair, straight hair, long hair... and if you decide to try it, please let me know what you think. do you like it? was it easy? does this style look good on you?

*if you have short hair and love the braid...YOU CAN do your own version of it:)

see this blonde braid around my head. i made this headband with doll hair. you can buy doll hair  at Michael's, hobby lobby, or your local craft store. i like to use doll hair when i am working on fun updo's for photoshoots. so girls with the short hair, just wrap it around your head and use blond bobby pins to hold in place.

if i want a thicker braided headband i use extensions. so have fun get creative, and if you have short hair this can work for you too! work that braid girl!

i wanted to see if this hair do would stay in place after a work out (i ran outside and was soaked) and it did!!! * i just pinned my bangs back. i loved wearing my hair like this all day! it totally kept the hair off my neck, and sometimes the swing of my pony tail annoys me while i'm running. you know what i'm talking about?!
then the ponytail slaps you and gets stuck on your sweaty face. ugh i hate that!  problem solved with this bohemian updo. this photo was taken after my workout, please excuse the sweat.
