CANYON LAKE ///

We packed our bags after work Thursday night and headed to our friends vacation home. We do this trip every year but its always a little different. Sometimes we spend the whole time at the lake, sometimes we go to the river, sometimes we sleep a lot, sometimes we rage, sometimes we cook a lot, sometimes we just eat out, sometimes we go to wineries, sometimes we play bartender, and sometimes we go on safari... This trip was just what our soul needed. Three couples, two babies, and a lot of laughter. If you follow me on Snapchat (BuenoBrandi) you saw all the things we crammed into 3 days. The pool side bungalows at Hotel Saint Cecilia are the way to go. This was my second time coming to this place. The first time was for my friend Marks birthday, this time was for my best friends bachelorette get away. The next time I MUST bring Jacob, he's been wanting to come since the first time but his travel schedule is kind of crazy. When Rannie and I talked about what she wanted to do for her bachelorette we knew we wanted to spend it at a Liz Lambert Hotel and we knew we wanted to be in the water. It was tough making a decision where to stay because they are all unique and amazing in their own way. We finally decided on Hotel Saint Cecilia mainly for the pool and location.
I'd say it was the best Bachelorette party either one of us had ever been to. Jacob and I totally want to take a Liz Lambert tour soon but I think we will wait on the Mexico Resort that is in the works... EEK I cannot wait!

LOST PARROT CABINS ///

This past weekend I packed my bags and headed to Austin for my gal pal Erica's bachelorette party. I had no idea what to expect other than we were staying in cabins. Once I arrived I was instantly in love. The vibe was super chill and I loved the decor. Who doesn't like pink texican art everywhere?!
The whole weekend was a blast! All we did was cook, eat, drink, laugh constantly, eat more, watch friends perform with the band, get to know each other, lounge on floats, and celebrate our beautiful friend Erica. I was impressed with her group of girls. Everyone was super awesome, really entertaining, and just good people.
